The five-storey hotel building was refurbished in 1998. There are 100 guestrooms with standard rooms of 15 square meters. It takes 25 minutes' driving to Beijing Railway Station, 45 minutes to Beijing International Airport and 10 minutes to downtown. Surrounding resorts are Beihai Park, Jingshan Park, Laoshe's former residence, Luxun's former residence, Gongwangfu Park etc. There are facilites like beauty salon, sauna, Karaoke and resaurant serving Sichuan and Shandong cuisines as well as a 50-person conference room in the hotel.
